GRENADA • 473The energy behind the sound
More than a DJ.
A Caribbean experience.
I’m Selecta Kareem, a Grenadian DJ and content creator with more than a decade of experience behind the decks. My sound is rooted in soca and Caribbean culture, while my sets move naturally through dancehall, reggae and Afrobeat. Whether I’m playing a fete, festival, hotel, private event or brand experience, my focus is always the same: read the crowd, build the energy and make the moment memorable.
Beyond live events, I create mixes and visual experiences for listeners across the Caribbean and around the world. My Audiomack platform has earned more than 1.51 million plays, and Rave Island brings that sound to life through cinematic DJ sessions filmed against Grenada’s scenery. Every project represents where I come from, how I connect with people and the level of energy I bring to every performance.
ROOTED IN CULTURE.
BUILT TO MOVE THE WORLD.
